Hotel Arena Suite

Everything was great, the double bed is huge, confortable and is in a one piece, the room is very spacious, very clean. Is great for couples. They have specialties from different countries at dinner and a lot of food variety. The reception staff are very nice and friendly, helpful with informations about the island and the trips. We booked a boat trip through the hotel and it was very nice.

We had a lovely two night stay here. Easy and early check in with a very helpful lady at reception. The rooms were spotless and a good size with a huge double bed which was very comfortable. A nice touch of a bottle of wine and water in the room on arrival. All inclusive food and drink were great as well. One of the best we've had for food and the alcoholic drinks actually tasted of alcohol. We loved this place and would definitely return. If you want to go out, a taxi to the strip is around €5.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff were very kind and friendly and the food? Delicious! Also the room was really spacious, modern, clean and with a spectacular view. And we enjoyed the animation program too!

EVERYTHING!!!! I can’t begin to tell you how amazing and perfect this hotel is, from the bed being comfortable all the way to the staff being so kind. My mum and I stayed for 3 nights and we couldn’t find a single problem to this hotel!! honestly, I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels the last few months but this one beats them all. The staff were so sweet and kind and ver very helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Nothing is ever too much for them! I’m Muslim so I had to be careful with the food to make sure there was no alcohol in them and no matter how many times I kept asking about different foods, staff never once got annoyed with me and always went to the chefs to ask. Talking about chefs, there was an Algerian one that was very kind and another one in the morning for breakfast who went out of his way to make mum mum and I some pancakes in a different pan since where they were making the other ones was with the bacon and as Muslims we can’t have anything that touches bacon. honestly, there are not enough words to describe this hotel!! it’s just amazing! the beds were also very comfortable and big!! and they get cleaned everyday. it was modern aswell so that was good!! the night entertainment was very good and fun, and we enjoyed it very much!! there was a bartender named Vanessa and she was sooooo good at her job and very very kind and helpful. she would always talk to us and make jokes and she made our stay better. and so did a waitress named Daiana, she was so good and nice and everytime we’d talk to her, she’d always have a smile on her face. not only her but the rest of the young waitresses and waiters were really good!!! no complaints whatsoever about this hotel! AND THE FOOD!!!!! the food was soooo good! we are so much, we went all inclusive and that was the best decision ever! there was so much variety and each night there was a different cuisine.
